If you are coming to Los Poblanos after March 1, 2008 please follow the directions below:
When exiting from I-25 South,
Exit at Comanche/Griegos
Turn west (right) onto Griegos Rd.
Go about 3 miles on Griegos Rd. until Rio Grande Blvd.
Make a right on Rio Grande Blvd. and drive north for about a mile.
We are on the left hand side of the road at 4803 Rio Grande. North Rio Grande from Chavez Rd to Alameda is closed for construction. From the North:
Reaching Los Poblanos from Santa Fe & Taos. - From I-25 going South, take Alameda Exit 233
- Turn West (right) on Alameda
- Drive 3.2 miles (through 7 lights)
- At 8th light, get in left hand lane and turn left on South Rio Grande Blvd.
- Drive 3.8 miles South to our driveway on right hand side of Rio Grande Blvd.
- Turn right at the end of the driveway for Los Poblanos Inn
- Turn left at the end of the driveway for our Cultural Center.
From the South:
Reaching Los Poblanos from the Albuquerque International Sunport. - Exit Sunport Blvd. to North I-25
- Watch for Gallup & Santa Rosa signs to I-40
- Take Gallup Exit Only (Exit 226B) going West
- Drive West 3 miles to Rio Grande Exit 157A
- Turn right and drive North 3.3 miles to 4803 Rio Grande Blvd.
- Turn left onto long, tree-lined driveway
- Turn right at the end of the driveway for Los Poblanos Inn
- Turn left at the end of the driveway for La Quinta Cultural Center
From all points East: - Take any of the following roads straight to Rio Grande Blvd. and turn right: I - 40, Central Avenue, Lomas Blvd., Menaul Blvd. (becomes Indian School Rd. after 12th Street), Candelaria Road, Comanche Road (becomes Griegos Road after Edith Blvd.).
- NOTE: MONTANO RD. DOES NOT CONNECT WITH RIO GRANDE BLVD.
- Drive North on Rio Grande until you pass Griegos Road (Rio Grande becomes a 2-lane road after Griegos).
- The driveway is on your left (West), less than 1 mile from Griegos. Do not turn into the first gate. This is a Service Entrance.
From all points West: - Take I-40 going East to Rio Grande Blvd. (Exit 157A)
- Turn left and drive North 3.3 miles to 4803 Rio Grande Blvd.
- Turn left into the long, tree-lined driveway
- Turn right at the end of the driveway for Los Poblanos Inn
- Turn left at the end of the driveway for La Quinta Cultural Center
There is a phone by the front door. Please call the Manager for Check-In and assistance with baggage. After Check-In, please move your car to Guest Parking (just North of the Check-In). Los Poblanos Conference Center Guests:
