Designed in 1932 by architect John Gaw Meem, the "Father of Santa Fe Style," Los Poblanos sits on an organic farm in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley. Family-owned and operated, Los Poblanos has been stewarded by three generations of the Rembe family. We are guided by a spirit of preservation, craftsmanship and a passion for the land that infuses every dish, artisan product and moment of shared hospitality.
