Arrival & Departure

Check in is after 4 pm. Check out is before 11 am. We welcome you here anytime on the day of your arrival so you can explore the property and our amenities before checking in. You are also welcome to continue enjoying the property after checking out. We are happy to store your luggage before checking in and after you check out.

Deposits

Reservations must be confirmed with an advance deposit of half the total stays balance. Confirmation letters are sent upon receipt of deposit payments. Accepted methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express

Cancellations

As a small inn, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled or moved up to 14 days prior to your arrival less a $25 processing fee. Reservations that have been moved to a different date are non-refundable. If a reservation is canceled within 14 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. A request to move a reservation within 14 days of your arrival date will result in a $150 processing fee and the reservation will become non-refundable. If you check out prior to the end of your scheduled reservation you are responsible for the original total stay amount. Please call us directly to make any modifications to your reservation.

Shuttle Service

Airport shuttle services are based on availability and reservations are required. Blackout dates/times may apply. Los Poblanos reserves the right to restrict guest ridership at any time. All other locations are subject to additional charges.

Children

Los Poblanos is a family-friendly property. Please keep in mind that Los Poblanos is a working farm with machinery and live animals. Minors must have adult supervision at all times.

Pet Policy

Los Poblanos adheres to a strict no-pet policy as the property is a working farm and wildlife habitat. The only animals allowed at Los Poblanos are service dogs. We adhere to the ADA guidelines regarding service animals. Service dogs in training and Emotional Support animals are not protected under the ADA Laws and are not considered service animals. Our reservations team is happy to help make arrangements with Stella's Doggie Retreat for personalized pet care during your stay.

Smoke-Free Property

Los Poblanos is committed to providing our guests with a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

Rates

Our rates are dependent upon season and availability and may be subject to change without notice. Rates are based on double occupancy with a $30 charge for any additional persons staying in the room. Children under the age of 12 stay for free. Rates do not include our 5% serice charge or taxes. 

Farm Fee

The farm fee of $24/night helps us maintain the grounds and provide our guest amenities. We encourage you to utilize all the farm has to offer, such as our tours, s’mores, yoga classes, bikes, shuttle service, seasonal activities and more.

Modification and Cancellation

A credit card or inn guest account is required to secure all reservations.

Reservations may be modified or canceled through the “Edit Booking” link in the confirmation email.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will incur a $20 per person fee.

All parties are limited to a maximum of two checks.

large party reservations

A 25% automatic service charge will be added for parties of five or more.

Requests to increase party size in the comment field cannot be accommodated, and separate reservations cannot be combined or seated together. Duplicate reservations under the same name, date and time will be automatically deleted.

Online reservations are available for parties of up to six guests. Parties of seven or more may be booked by calling (505) 985-5000.

Private dining for groups of 13 to 24 is available in the Cellar Room, Sunday through Thursday, and is subject to a room rental fee and a pre-selected limited menu. Please complete the inquiry form for additional information. Further private dining options are available at La Quinta.

pet policy

Los Poblanos maintains a strict no-pet policy to protect the working farm and wildlife habitat. Only service dogs, as defined by ADA guidelines, are permitted. Service dogs in training and emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under ADA regulations.

Check-In

We encourage all spa guests to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their treatment time to allow time for the arrival experience, to comfortably change and to disconnect from the outside world prior to their treatment.

Late Arrival

Please note that late arrivals may result in shortened treatments out of respect for other guests' time.

Cancellation

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify the Spa at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the treatment value.

Spa Environment

We desire to provide the most relaxed environment possible to ensure the serenity and well-being of you and those around you. For a disconnected and serene environment for both yourself and other guests, we kindly ask that you turn off your mobile devices upon arrival and store them in the locker room during your visit. We also ask that you honor the tranquil setting of the Spa by using a quiet voice when communication is necessary.

Age Requirements

Spa services are available to guests 16 and older.

Gratuities

Prices do not include tax or gratuity. A 25% service charge will be added to every treatment. Additional gratuity is at your discretion but not expected.

Pool

Children under 16 must be always accompanied by an adult in the pool area. No outside food or drink is permitted. For safety, glassware is not allowed in the pool area. Diapers and swim diapers must be worn with a proper cover. Animals are not permitted in the pool area or on the pool deck.

Sauna

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the sauna. For safety and comfort, the recommended time is 10–15 minutes. Bathing suits and towels are required, and guests should sit on a towel while using the sauna. Phones are not allowed inside the sauna. Food and drinks, aside from water, are not permitted. Glassware is strictly prohibited. Animals are not permitted in the sauna area.
