Located on an organic farm in the Rio Grande River Valley, our restaurant, CAMPO, is a casual fine-dining experience featuring the most purely crafted field-to-fork menu in the Southwest. Our Rio Grande Valley Cuisine is rooted in seasonal organic ingredients from our own farm harvest as well as provisions sourced from longstanding relationships with local farmers and herdsmen. Informed by the daily harvest, Los Poblanos cuisine is constantly evolving with the seasons and celebrates the foods indigenous to New Mexico's Rio Grande River Valley.
Please note we are only able to accept parties of 6 or fewer at this time. Reservations are required for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch, social hour and tea can be enjoyed at La Quinta, on the south side of the property. Bar Campo, social hour and afternoon tea do not require reservations at this time.
On Monday, November 2, join us for a special Dia de los Muertos themed menu. While reservations are not typically accepted on Monday and Tuesday evenings, reservations will be required for this festive dining experience.
