Campo Reservations
Located on an organic farm in the Rio Grande Valley, Campo is a casual fine-dining experience featuring the most purely crafted field-to-fork menu in the Southwest. Our Rio Grande Valley Cuisine is rooted in seasonal organic ingredients from our own farm harvest as well as provisions sourced from longstanding relationships with local farmers and herdsmen. Informed by the daily harvest, Los Poblanos cuisine is constantly evolving with the seasons and celebrates the foods indigenous to New Mexico's Rio Grande Valley.

Dining reservations may be made online for parties of up to six. Reservations are only available for the times listed; if a time is not listed, Campo is fully booked at that time. For reservations of seven or more, please call (505) 985-5000.

For groups of 12 to 20 guests, we are delighted to accommodate you in our Cellar Room. These large parties are subject to a room rental fee and a pre-selected limited menu. Please complete the inquiry form for more information. Additional private dining options are available at La Quinta.
