Located on an organic farm in the Rio Grande Valley, Campo is a casual fine-dining experience featuring the most purely crafted field-to-fork menu in the Southwest. Our Rio Grande Valley Cuisine is rooted in seasonal organic ingredients from our own farm harvest as well as provisions sourced from longstanding relationships with local farmers and herdsmen. Informed by the daily harvest, Los Poblanos cuisine is constantly evolving with the seasons and celebrates the foods indigenous to New Mexico's Rio Grande River Valley.
Please note, reservations may be made online for parties of up to 5. Reservations are only available for the times listed; if a time is not listed, Campo is fully booked at that time. To make a reservation for 6 to 12 guests, please call 505-338-1626. For groups of 13 to 25 guests, we are delighted to accommodate you in our Cellar Room. Celebrate love at Campo this Valentine's Day. Chef Jonathan Perno and his talented team have created an extra-special à la carte dinner menu for the weekend, February 11 - 14, that is indulgent and celebratory, made even more special if you choose to add on paired wines thoughtfully selected by our Sommelier, Dylan Storment. These specials will be offered in addition to the standard Campo menu.
