Wholesale Production Team Member
Postion Summary

Hospitality, good design, and sustainability are the threads that tie all the businesses together, including boutique lodging, private events, a field-to-fork restaurant, retail and production of our own branded lavender body products, artisan food products and distilled spirits. While still run by a small, dedicated team of managers and directors, Los Poblanos is well poised to become an internationally recognized brand and destination place.
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, produces product to the production schedule, while maintaining quality standards. Maintains production records.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare all products of consistent quality following recipe cards and quality standards within acceptable production times
- Collaborate on constant product and process improvement
- Maintain systems of inventory of production supplies
- Prepare customer orders for delivery or shipment
- Check finished products to ensure quality, and that industry standards are met before they are declared ready for use
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in production area
- Customer deliveries as needed to local stores
- Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
Essential Job Functions
- Load materials into production equipment
- Mix substances to create solutions
- Monitor equipment operation to ensure proper functioning
- Count finished products or workpieces
- Weigh finished products
- Mark products, workpieces, or equipment with identifying information
- Package products for storage or shipment
- Notify others of equipment repair or maintenance needs
- Clean work areas
Requirements
- Must be a self-starter and able to work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instructions
- Presents a clean appearance at all times and follow dress code to suit work tasks
- Basic mathematical skills necessary to understand recipes, measurements and portion sizes
- Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language in order to complete orders, read requirements, and communicate with other employees
- Must be able sit, stand, bend, squat, reach and walk 8 to 10 hours a day
- Able to grasp, lift, carry at least 50 lbs
- A flexible schedule is helpful, for promotional events on weekends or other days. Primary work schedule will be set with manager
