Fall Yoga Retreat Itinerary

 

Day 1

4 PM – Arrival and check-in

5 PM – Welcome Circle & Intention Setting with Colleen

5:30 - 6:30 PM – Gentle Yoga & Breathwork with Colleen

6:45 PM – Welcome cocktails at the Library Bar 

 

Day 2

7:30 AM – Energizing Morning Flow with Colleen

9 AM – Breakfast at Campo  

11-2 PM – Free time to rest, journal, read, explore the neighborhood on a bike or enjoy a scenic walk 

2 PM – Spa treatment at the Hacienda Spa 

5 PM – Gentle Yoga & Mindful Meditation

 

Day 3 

7:30 AM – Morning Gratitude Yoga Flow with Colleen  

9 AM – Breakfast at Campo

12:30 PM – Group lunch 

2-5 PM - Free time to rest, journal, read, explore the neighborhood on a bike or enjoy a scenic walk

5 PM – Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

 

Day 4 

7:30 AM – Gentle Yoga & Closing Circle with Colleen 

9:00 AM – Breakfast at Campo

11 AM – Checkout & depart
