As daffodils bloom, acequias flow and spring awakens life on the farm, the air holds a tangible sense of inspiration. Farmers prepare the fields, planting tender greens and early vegetables, while the kitchen eagerly awaits the season’s first harvest. Lavender cuttings nurtured through winter begin their journey outdoors, joining the fields in anticipation of warmer days. Flowering trees burst into color, and goslings take their first wobbly steps near the lotus pond. With fresh seasonal menus, thoughtfully curated experiences and the farm in full bloom, there’s no better time to visit and embrace the beauty of spring.

Over the past 100 years, a series of remarkable women have left a lasting mark on our historic property and the arts and architecture of New Mexico. Learn more about their work and impact on a guided tour to celebrate the women who have shaped the history of Los Poblanos. Celebrate the important woman in your life with a Mother’s Day Brunch or a day of pampering at the Hacienda Spa.
Garden Season
As our historic grounds begin to bloom, guests can find inspiration on a property tour followed by a visit to the Farm Shop for a freshly picked bouquet, lavender starts, seeds, tools and more. For a deeper understanding of the interconnectivity of life on an organic farm, attend a lecture on the importance of protecting New Mexico's rivers.

Treat yourself to seasonal pastries from our on-site bakery or dine al fresco on the Campo patio with stunning views of the kitchen gardens and budding lavender fields. Stroll through the historic Rose Greely Garden and enjoy the beauty of the season with Afternoon Tea, an alfresco meal at Campo, or a Literary Luncheon at La Quinta.
REJUVENATE and restore
Experience true relaxation at the Hacienda Spa with a seasonal facial treatment or massage. Extend your session with a botanical tea in the historic courtyard or a refreshing cocktail beside our saltwater pool. Get active with yoga and Pilates classes in our Wellness Yurt, or take a walk, run or bike ride along the Rio Grande Bosque.
