Plan your visit to experience a sound bath and our yoga and pilates classes in the Wellness Yurt, and to restore balance as you welcome the year ahead.

Whether you are planning a romantic getaway, a couples massage or a special meal, Los Poblanos is the perfect place for quality time together. Enjoy leisurely mornings, brisk walks around the farm and wandering into the lobby for a warm cup of hot cocoa. Liven things up with an evening of special event or distillery tour at Town & Ranch.

Lodging guests can enjoy a fireside cocktail in the exclusive Library Bar, open Sunday - Wednesday evenings. Winter on the Farm
Plan a cozy getaway this winter and visit our historic property with the Winter on the Farm room package. As the temperature drops, curl up in a luxurious room or gather around a wood-burning fireplace. This package is available Sunday through Thursday nights from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026 and includes:

Rest and Reset Room Package
With migrating birds flying overhead and crisp clear nights perfect for stargazing, the skies truly come alive this time of year. Book a serene escape and take advantage of our Rest and Reset room package, with a discounted room rate, luxurious accommodations and a sommelier-selected bottle of wine, with your choice of red or white. Pour a glass, pull up a patio chair and take in the beauty of the farm.
This rate is available any day of the week for stays between November 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 and includes:
- A 10% discount on our Best Available Rate
- One bottle of sommelier-selected wine from local Sheehan Winery plus a free tasting at their Old Town Tasting Room.
