Delivery
Gift cards can be purchased online or in person. Digital gift card purchases are issued as e-cards and delivered directly to your inbox, ready to be printed or forwarded. Both the sender and recipient will receive the card information at the email addresses provided during checkout. Physical gift cards are available for purchase onsite at the Farm Shop, Town & Ranch, Farm Shop Norte, Inn reception or the Hacienda Spa.
Redemption
Los Poblanos gift cards may be redeemed for overnight stays, dining at Campo, treatments at the Hacienda Spa, special events, Chef’s Table experiences and shopping at the Farm Shop, Norte and Town & Ranch. A physical gift card, a copy of your e-gift card or gift card number is required to redeem.
Please note that gift cards cannot be redeemed online, at the airport location or for cash value.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know if my e-gift card transaction was processed?
You will receive an email within 24 hours of purchase with the gift card and details to forward to your recipient.
I did not receive an email with the gift card. What should I do?
If you have not received your e-gift card within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folders. If you do not find it there, please complete our customer support form and someone will be in contact within two business days to resolve the issue.
I entered the wrong email address during checkout.
We will need to cancel and re-issue your gift card purchase with the correct information. Please complete our customer support form and someone will be in contact within two business days to resolve the issue.
Can I purchase a physical gift card online or over the phone and have it shipped to myself or the recipient?
Physical gift cards may be purchased in person at Los Poblanos Farm Shop, Inn, Hacienda Spa, Town & Ranch and Farm Shop Norte.
Where can gift cards be redeemed?
Electronic or physical may be redeemed at any Los Poblanos property for any service or item. Cards may not be redeemed online or at an airport location.
How can I check my gift card balance?
Balances can be checked online using our gift card portal. Enter the gift card number on your physical card or e-gift card and follow the prompts.
For gift cards purchased or received prior to May 1, 2025, please complete our customer support form and someone will be in contact within two business days to resolve the issue.
When does my gift card expire?
Gift cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase. If you purchased an electronic gift card, this information will be in the original email.
I lost my gift card. Can it be replaced?
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace physical gift cards or re-issue electronic cards that have been lost.
