Dining Policies
Public Access
Campo welcomes both lodging guests and the public. Reservations are strongly recommended.
Walk-In Availability
Twelve bar seats are available for walk-in guests at brunch and dinner. Walk-ins for the main dining room are welcome as space allows, though advance reservations are encouraged.
Service Charge
A 25% automatic service charge is applied to all parties of five or more.
Reservations for Large Parties
Online reservations are available for parties of up to six guests. Parties of seven or more may be booked by calling (505) 985-5000.
Requests to increase party size in the comment field cannot be accommodated, and separate reservations cannot be combined or seated together. Duplicate reservations under the same name, date and time will be automatically deleted.
Private Dining
Private dining for groups of 13 to 24 is available in the Cellar Room, Sunday through Thursday, and is subject to a room rental fee and a pre-selected limited menu. Please complete the inquiry form for additional information. Further private dining options are available at La Quinta.
Dining Duration
To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests, the following dining times apply:
• Parties of 2-4: 2 hours
• Parties of 5-6: 2.5 hours
• Parties of 7-12: 3 hours
Modification and Cancellation
A credit card or inn guest account is required to secure all reservations.
Reservations may be modified or canceled through the “Edit Booking” link in the confirmation email.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will incur a $20 per person fee.
All parties are limited to a maximum of two checks.
Cakes and Decorations
Outside cakes and decorations are not permitted. Custom cakes may be ordered through our pastry team with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
Pet Policy
Los Poblanos maintains a strict no-pet policy to protect the working farm and wildlife habitat. Only service dogs, as defined by ADA guidelines, are permitted. Service dogs in training and emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under ADA regulations.
