Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to make a reservation for Los Poblanos dining events.

In the event of a cancellation for parties of 1-5:

- Within 7 days of the event, we will bill the card on file 50% of the total amount (plus a $25 processing fee).

- Within 48 hours of the event, we will bill the card on file 100% of the total amount.

In the event of a cancellation for parties of 6-8:

- Within 14 days of the event, we will bill the card on file 50% of the total amount (plus a $50 processing fee).

- Within 7 days of the event, we will bill the card on file 100% of the total amount.
