Chef's Table
Campo proudly offers a multi-course dining experience at the Chef's Table featuring seasonal ingredients true to Campo's Rio Grande Valley Cuisine. Immerse yourself in the spirit and artistry of the open kitchen from a communal, counter-style table. Our award-winning culinary and beverage team will work in tandem to guide you through a one-of-a-kind experience.
Chef's Table is available on Friday and Saturday evenings at 5:45 and can accommodate up to four guests. The cost of $225 per person (+ tax and 25% gratuity) includes curated beverage pairings that may include sommelier-selected wines, beer and specialty cocktails. Sommelier pairings can either be alcoholic or non-alcoholic, please inform us of your preference in your booking inquiry.

- Preferred date (Fridays and Saturdays only)
- Number of people in your party (4 maximum)
- Best phone number to reach you to confirm your reservation.
A member of our team will check availability and reply to all requests within 72 hours. Reservations open six weeks in advance on a rolling basis.
Chef's Table is not available on the following holiday weeks:
- Thanksgiving – November 29 and 30, 2024
- Christmas – December 27 and 28, 2024
- Valentine's Day – February 14 and 15, 2025
Cancellation policy
Chef’s Table cancellations are accepted and fully refunded up to 48 hours before the reservation. Cancellations requested within 48 hours will be charged in full. A credit card is required to hold the reservation.
