For more than 90 years, Los Poblanos has celebrated our agricultural heritage and cultural traditions, and we are delighted to share them with you. Autumn skies are bright and crisp with hot air balloons and migratory birds dotting the bright blue skies. Evenings are ideal for s’mores by the chiminea or cozying up by the fireplace in your room. Gather with friends at the Library Bar before a lecture at La Quinta or head to Town & Ranch, our downtown distillery, for a tour, live music or special event.

As the holiday season opens, enjoy time with friends and family over a shared meal or peaceful time away. We are celebrating this abundant season with a special Thanksgiving meal for lodging guests and festive Afternoon Tea. Holidays at Los Poblanos have a special quality – quietly festive and cozy, with wood fireplaces indoors and out, sandhill cranes in the fields, and delicious food and drink to share. Slow down, connect with loved ones and let us take care of the details this holiday season.
Our hours are limited on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day to allow our staff to spend time with their families. Campo is open only to lodging guests, with a special menu for an intimate dining experience.
