Brand new to the menu, the Seasonal Hash Bowl is a vegetarian offering that highlights New Mexican ingredients and flavors by incorporating local piñon, Chimayo chile and chicos. Hearty and indulgent, the Carne Adovada Chimichanga is our Rio Grande Valley Cuisine's take on a Southwestern classic, with a savory balance of carne, LP potatoes, refried beans and more. The Smoked Brisket and Egg has been reimagined with a Spanish twist, incorporating patatas bravas and complex aioli infused with red chile.
Consider joining us for breakfast during the week, when the dining room offers a more relaxed ambiance and invites old friends to meet or new ideas to brew. Breakfast is served 7:30-10:30 on weekdays. Begin a leisurely day in a new way with these fresh offerings.
A special, seasonal cocktail
Visit Bar Campo now through February 16 and get the chance to order our special Valentine's Day cocktail, "Behind the Silos." It's the perfect brandy cocktail to keep you warm, with or without a companion. Bar Campo is open daily 4:00-9:00pm.
