Portrait of Kermit Lynch

Kermit Lynch Wine Dinner

Join us at the table for an intimate dinner celebrating the storied Kermit Lynch portfolio. For decades, the Kermit Lynch team has championed small producers whose wines capture authenticity, seasonality, and true sense of place, honoring the same values that guide everything we do at Los Poblanos. We're delighted to welcome Aaron Underwood, who will bring these wines to life through storytelling, thoughtful pairings and warm hospitality.

The evening opens with Champagne and passed hors d'oeuvres in the La Quinta Library, followed by a five-course dinner inspired by autumn on the Los Poblanos farm. Each course is paired with exceptional Kermit Lynch wines, including side-by-side tastings from celebrated estates like Domaine de Villaine, Jean Foillard and Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe.

About Kermit Lynch:

Founded in 1972 in Albany, California, Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant has spent over 50 years importing directly from small French and Italian winegrowers, seeking out wines that express the true character of their native soil. Every bottle travels in temperature-controlled trucks and refrigerated containers, preserving its integrity from vineyard to glass.
