Winter Wine Dinner with Bedrock Wine Co.
Join us for an unforgettable evening with Morgan Twain-Peterson, owner and winemaker at Sonoma County’s Bedrock Wine Co. We’ll be celebrating our nomination for the 2025 James Beard ‘Outstanding Wine and Other Beverages Program’ award, which recognizes restaurants from across the country that demonstrate exceptional care and skill in the pairing of wine and other beverages. Bedrock wines have been featured on our wine list since 2019, and we are thrilled to host Morgan at Los Poblanos to share his passion for winemaking.
This special dinner will feature a beautifully crafted multi-course menu from Executive Chef Christopher Bethoney that honors the winter season. Each course will be paired with exceptional wines from the Bedrock portfolio, including wines not typically available to the public. Held in the Campo Cellar Room, this dinner offers an exclusive opportunity to savor the season’s finest fresh and preserved ingredients, elevated by a selection of world-class wines.
