This summer, we look forward to welcoming friends, vintners and guests to Campo for an evening that celebrates exceptional wine, seasonal cuisine and the relationships that make both possible. On August 13, we're honored to welcome Evan Martin, owner and winemaker of Martin Woods Winery, back to Los Poblanos for a special wine dinner celebrating our ongoing partnership and the shared values that continue to shape our collaboration.
Our connection with Martin Woods Winery began years ago through a mutual appreciation for thoughtful craftsmanship and a deep respect for the land. From the oak-forested foothills of Oregon's McMinnville AVA, Evan Martin produces small-batch wines that express a true sense of place. At Los Poblanos, our work is guided by many of the same principles. Whether tending certified organic lavender fields, harvesting produce from our farm or creating seasonal menus inspired by the Rio Grande Valley, we believe that exceptional experiences begin with careful stewardship of the land.
Those shared values have grown into a meaningful partnership between our culinary and beverage teams and Martin Woods. Campo guests have long enjoyed Evan's wines on our menu, and over the years our conversations have evolved from shared admiration into collaboration. Together, we've created the Campo Cuvées, wines that reflect the spirit of both Martin Woods and Los Poblanos while celebrating the connection between Oregon's Willamette Valley and New Mexico's Rio Grande Valley.

This spring, Executive Chef Christopher Bethoney, Director of Dining Matt Dickinson and Sommelier Hannah Montoya traveled to Oregon to spend time with Evan at Martin Woods Winery. Their visit offered another opportunity to walk the vineyards, taste through the cellar and continue the conversations that have strengthened this partnership over the years. Experiencing the winery firsthand reinforces what has always drawn our teams together: a shared commitment to quality, sustainability and honoring the character of each vintage.
These regular visits are an important reminder that great hospitality is built on relationships. Behind every bottle served at Campo are passionate growers, makers and craftspeople who share a commitment to authenticity and a respect for place. It's these connections that continue to inspire our culinary and beverage programs and create memorable experiences for our guests.
We invite you to join us on August 13 for An Evening with Martin Woods, featuring a seasonal tasting menu by Executive Chef Christopher Bethoney paired with a curated selection of Martin Woods wines, including our collaborative Campo Cuvées. More than a dinner, it's an opportunity to experience the story behind the wines, celebrate an enduring partnership and raise a glass to the people and places that bring them to life.
