Day 1
After checking into your room, throw open the windows, get some fresh air and acclimate to the slower pace of farm life. Indulge with a nap, relax on your patio or take a dip in the salt water pool. Then, head to Campo and experience a delectable eight-course meal at the Chef's Table, while taking in the spirit and artistry of the open kitchen. Wander back to your room and take in the stars from your patio.
Day 2
Start the day with a seasonal breakfast at Campo, named Best Breakfast in New Mexico by Food & Wine. Then, spend the rest of the morning curled up with a book in the Sala Grande or take a Farm Tour and learn all about agriculture efforts of the farm. Play on our bocce and pétanque courts and wander through the farm and meet our chickens and sheep. Pick up a self-guided tour at the Front Desk and learn more about our rich history.
Day 3
Borrow a cruiser bicycle and take a ride down the famous Bosque Trail, located along the river and ranked as one of the top city bike rides by Sunset Magazine. Pick up a casual lunch from the Farm Shop, borrow a blanket from the Front Desk and stumble upon a shady corner to picnic in. Spend the afternoon lounging by the pool or at a Wine Tasting, then wander over to Bar Campo for dinner and cocktails on the patio.
Day 4
After experiencing our lavender spa amenities in your room, you may want to bring them home with you. Explore our entire lavender apothecary line at the Farm Shop, where you'll also discover thoughtfully-curated items from local artisans. Have breakfast at Campo, wave goodbye to the resident peacocks and guinea hens and take memories of the farm back home with you.
