We invite you to join us for an exceptional wine dinner at La Quinta with Robert Sinskey Vineyards. This partnership exemplifies our shared commitment to organic and regenerative practices, ensuring every ingredient and each wine served is not only delicious but aligned with our values.

The menu will include select wines from Robert Sinskey Vineyards that are not normally available outside their Napa Valley winery. Enjoy thoughtfully paired seasonal California ingredients, beautifully integrated with the flavors of the Rio Grande Valley. Certain courses will include side-by-side pairings, allowing guests to compare and contrast the unique characteristics of different wines.

Guests will have the opportunities to meet Robert Sinskey himself, and learn about his winemaking philosophy and the artistry behind each bottle. Savor the beautiful harmony of terroir, craftsmanship and good company with this memorable evening.

We have limited seating available for this special dinner. Reservations are currently open to lodging guests only until November 30, and will open to the general public on December 1, 2024. Event attendees are eligible to receive 25% off our Best Available Rate at the Inn. Conclude an incredible dining experience with a leisurely stroll across the farm to your home for the night in one of our luxurious guest rooms.
