The menu will include select wines from Robert Sinskey Vineyards that are not normally available outside their Napa Valley winery. Enjoy thoughtfully paired seasonal California ingredients, beautifully integrated with the flavors of the Rio Grande Valley. Certain courses will include side-by-side pairings, allowing guests to compare and contrast the unique characteristics of different wines.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet Robert Sinskey himself and learn about his winemaking philosophy and the artistry behind each bottle. Savor the beautiful harmony of terroir, craftsmanship and good company with this memorable evening.
