The award-winning wine program at Los Poblanos highlights both up-and-coming and key producers from classic and unique regions around the world. When it comes to Champagne, we are passionate about showcasing Grower Champagne.
Grower Champagne celebrates the vision and creativity of independent winemakers, showcasing their terroir and distinctive style. These bottles represent wines from the Champagne region of France where the grapes were grown, harvested, crafted, bottled and released by the same producer. This commitment to honoring the land and the farmer mirrors our ethos at Los Poblanos.
This artisanal approach stands in contrast to the large-scale production of many well-known champagne houses, which often source grapes from multiple growers to create their own signature style. Grower Champagne accounts for only about 10% of the Champagne imported into the United States, and we’ve sought out some of the finest examples to feature at Campo.

2002 Tarlant “L’Étincelante” Brut Nature
Vallée de la Marne, Champagne, France
An assemblage of 57% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir and 14% Meunier. Aged on the lees for 15 years prior to disgorgement in September 2018. Mature green apple and citrus fruits, with brioche and wet stone. Even at 22 years, the wine is showing as extremely fresh and precise on the palate.
2013 Egly-Ouriet “Millésime” Grand Cru Brut
Montagne de Reims, Champagne, France
Made up of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. Aged for seven years on the lees and a final dosage of 2 grams per liter. Notes of pear, apple, mint – with a rich brioche backbone.
Geoffroy “Rosé de Saignée” Brut
Champagne, France
A 100% Pinot Noir Rosé made in using the saignée method, producing a richer and darker expression of rosé wine. Made with grapes from the 2015 harvest, this wine spent four years on its lees before being disgorged in 2019, with 4 grams per liter of dosage added. Notes of strawberry, rose and raspberry fill the palate.
