Join us for the reimagined annual Lavender Harvest Dinner, designed to be a truly immersive feast for the senses. Experience a one-of-a-kind event that fosters a deep connection with our organic lavender farm.
The evening will begin with an interactive welcome reception in the lavender fields, where guests can meet our talented farm and culinary teams. Smell, touch and taste the fresh produce, herbs, honey and lavender that inspire the evening’s dishes, and get a behind-the-scenes look at our sustainable farming practices and Rio Grande Valley cuisine.
After the reception in the fields, stroll to the elegant La Quinta Portal for a multicourse, wine-paired dinner featuring dishes infused with the delicate flavors of lavender. With live music, intimate conversation and the beautiful backdrop of Los Poblanos, this year’s Lavender Harvest Dinner promises to be truly unforgettable.

$275 + tax and 25% service charge
