This class begins with a brief introduction to the principles and benefits of walking meditation. You will then embark on a slow and intentional guided walk through the farm and gardens. Throughout the walk, you will experience the calming and grounding effects of nature while cultivating mindfulness and presence. The instructor will offer support throughout the walk to help you focus on the present moment and cultivate a sense of awareness and peace. The gentle movement and breathing exercises incorporated into the practice help release tension and promote relaxation. The class concludes in our labyrinth circle with a period of silent reflection, allowing you to immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings and carry the benefits of the practice with you throughout the day.
