Yoga Fundamentals  
September 30th 12 - 2 PM 

Explore the foundations of yoga practice in our comprehensive Yoga Fundamentals Workshop. This immersive session is designed for individuals of all experience levels, whether you are a beginner looking to establish a strong foundation or an experienced practitioner seeking to refine you understanding of the fundamental principles.

We will delve into the key elements that form the backbone of a successful yoga journey. Through a combination of theory and practice, you will learn proper alignment, breathe awareness and mindful movement techniques to establish a safe and effective practice. Come learn, ask questions and build a solid yoga foundation in a welcoming and inclusive environment.  

Crow Pose Workshop 
October 21st 12 - 2 PM 

In this focused and invigorating session, you will learn the techniques and strategies necessary to master the challenging Crow Pose, also known as Bakasana. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this workshop offers a supportive environment for unlocking the power of this arm balancing posture.

Led by experienced Los Poblanos yoga instructors, you will embark on a journey that breaks down the pose mechanics step by step. Through targeted exercises, alignment cues and personalized guidance, you will build the strength, stability and confidence to lift off the ground with ease. Prior yoga experience is recommended, but all levels are welcome. 

Standing Yoga Pose Workshop

Elevate your yoga practice by grounding yourself with this Standing Yoga Pose Workshop. This workshop is designed to enhance your understanding of foundational standing poses, fostering strength, balance and mindfulness in each posture. 

Learn to properly align your body, engage key muscle groups and find stability as you are guided through a series of standing poses that form the backbone of many yoga sequences. This workshop is designed to deepen your connection to the mat while building a strong foundation for your overall practice.
